The July 2025 real estate statistics indicate sales are up compared to this time last year but down from last month. Listings are also down slightly and prices tick up after a sluggish spring market. For July 2025:

-Detached Homes saw 198 sales, 1,560 active listings, and an average price of $1,045,000.
-Condos saw just 115 sales, 958 active listings, and an average price of $504,500.
-Townhomes saw 61 sales, 433 active listings, and an average price of $724,700.
