Macdonald Realty Interior:
In 1992 Macdonald Realty was expanding outside of the Lower Mainland. David Jurome was hired by Lynn Hsu, current CEO of Macdonald Realty, to open a Macdonald Realty office in Kelowna. In addition to opening the office and being the managing broker, David was hired as the Head of Marketing for the first waterfront high rises in Downtown Kelowna, The Dolphins, and Lagoons at the Waterfront Park!
As the waterfront project was built out and sold, David helped expand the Macdonald Realty office by merging with Orchard City Realty managed by Cynthia Willison, and later with Countrywide Realty managed by Don Gerein in 1995. With Don Gerein taking over the lead role as managing broker, this allowed David to focus on marketing all types of residential real estate in Kelowna, including projects at Big White Ski Resort. After 27 years of private ownership, Macdonald Realty Kelowna became a corporate office rebranding as Macdonald Realty Interior in 2022. An expansion to solidify connections to the Lower Mainland offices and the rest of BC through Macdonald Realty Corporate.
