Real Estate Statistics: September 2025

The September 2025 real estate statistics indicate sales are up compared to this time last fall. The year over year comparison to Semptember 2024, compares to one of the slower markets in the last 15 years. Thus, we expect sales activity and prices to be up especially with the prospects of another rate cut on the horizon. For September 2025:

-Detached Homes saw just 157 sales, 1,452 active listings, and an average price of $1,020,800.
-Condos saw just 102 sales, 831 active listings, and an average price of $494,500.
-Townhomes saw just 54 sales, 427 active listings, and an average price of $736,500.
