In January, there were 79 sales, 856 active listings, and the average sale price for detached homes in the Central Okanagan trended upwards 2.4% to $989,800. The condo market featured 57 sales and 498 active listings at the end of the month. The average sale price trended upward to $485,400. Townhome sales were 28, active listings were down slightly to 293 and the average sale price was down from $731,600 to $728,000.
