In April, there were 189 sales, 1376 active listings, and the average sale price for detached homes in the Central Okanagan trended back upwards to $1,009,000. The condo market featured 110 sales and 715 active listings at the end of the month. The average sale price trended up to $508,200. Townhome sales were 71, active listings were up slightly to 385 and the average sale price showed upwards movement at $734,600 from 719,600 in March.
