The December 2025 real estate statistics indicate single family home and townhome sales are up but condos sales are down compared to this time last year rounding out a year of sideways price movement.

-Detached Homes saw just 119 sales, 654 active listings, and an average price of $1,045,700.
-Condos saw just 47 sales, 687 active listings, and an average price of $470,600.
-Townhomes saw 44 sales, 326 active listings, and an average price of $675,700.
