The June 2025 real estate statistics indicate sales are up compared to this time last year. Listings are down slightly with June 2025 and prices tick up slightly after a sluggish spring market. For June 2025:

-Detached Homes saw 207 sales, 1,572 active listings, and an average price of $1,067,500.
-Condos saw just 93 sales, 971 active listings, and an average price of $516,700.
-Townhomes saw 63 sales, 437 active listings, and an average price of $713,300.
