The May 2025 real estate statistics indicate sales are up compared to this time last year. Listings remain on par with Spring 2024 yet prices trade sideways as consumer confidence remains uncertain with potential tariffs. For May 2025:

-Detached Homes saw 221 sales, 1,548 active listings, and an average price of $1,034,400.
-Condos saw just 98 sales, 951 active listings, and an average price of $511,800.
-Townhomes saw 75 sales, 441 active listings, and an average price of $745,200.
