The November 2025 real estate statistics indicate single family home sales are up but strata sales are down compared to this time last fall. Well into buyers market territory, benchmark prices seem to be trending flat or slightly downwards month over month.

-Detached Homes saw just 133 sales, 1,157 active listings, and an average price of $1,021,000.
-Condos saw just 75 sales, 745 active listings, and an average price of $486,700.
-Townhomes saw just 37 sales, 401 active listings, and an average price of $752,800.
