Ellison and University District are located in the northern part of Kelowna, British Columbia. These two areas are separated east to west by Highway 97 and the Kelowna International Airport & encompass all the land from Old Vernon/Sexsmith Road to the Kelowna City Limits near Ellison/Duck Lake. Ellison is known for its rural landscapes and agricultural charm, while the University District is home to educational institutions & residential communities around Quail Ridge Golf Course.
